Specialty ice cream chain, Baskin-Robbins, has revealed its Moments concept store design. The move endeavours to provide patrons a fresh brand experience. The revamp has debuted in Fresno, California. A national roll-out in the United States begins in 2019.
An exercise which showcases the marque’s commitment to delivering memorable moments in celebration of its flavours, the Fresno location offers a first look at the refreshed layout. The updated design delivers a modern vibe, elevating the family and friends experience.
As part of the effort, Baskin-Robbins is introducing a new product platform dubbed ‘ice cream novelties’ which will feature premium hand-dipped and snackable frozen treats. The purpose of the strategy is to afford guests added variety. Said collection will be available at select locations in the coming months.
“People today have always-on lives, which means a chance to unplug and spend a few minutes with friends and family to reconnect over a scoop or two really matters. That’s why we are so excited about our new Moments store concept,” said Carol Austin, Vice President of Marketing for Baskin-Robbins.
