Wendy’s has released a limited-edition sandwich for the holidays which features a blend of maple glaze and Applewood smoked bacon.
Wendy’s has debuted its latest artisan bread creation. A limited-edition offering, the Bacon Maple Chicken Sandwich enters stores in time for the holidays. Featuring a homestyle fillet, swiss cheese, and Applewood smoked bacon, it treats consumers to a mix of sweet and savoury flavours.
The new entry sees elevation with a maple glaze and homemade croissant bun. An ideal breakfast alternative, Wendy’s is making the item available in-store and via its drive-through service as well as DoorDash. Introduced for convenience and comfort, the sandwich affords fans a tasteful difference.
“The first time I tried the Bacon Maple Chicken sandwich, it blew me away. I recommend treating yourself to one to see how good our homestyle chicken fillet is when you add bacon and our new maple glaze to it,” said Kurt Kane, EVP, Chief Concept and Marketing Officer at Wendy’s.
