eBay has been gunning for Amazon’s business this year, billing itself as more than a place to bid on other people’s belongings, but your first stop for fashion, memorabilia and virtually anything else you need. The online shopping brand has also recently announced that users can now search to their hearts’ desire using images instead of keywords.
eBay’s Vice President of Global Brand Karl Isaac spoke with Interbrand Chief Communications Officer Paola Norambuena at the 2017 Interbrand Best Global Brands event in New York to discuss the evolution of eBay’s approach to branding and the new technologies that enable real growth.
